What are the Delivery charges?
Free shipping all across Pakistan. For international orders, the delivery charge appear on the check out webpage. Is every item eligible for international shipping?
All items available on our website are shipped both locally and internationally.
What is the delivery time?Shipment time is stated under the “Description’ of each article on our website. Delivery is made within 1 to 3 days after shipment.
How do I check the delivery status?
MALOOK's articles are delivered through reputed courier partners. Once Dispatched, you will be provided with tracking ID for your order.you may also check the status of your order with the help of the order ID/tracking ID provided to you at the time of order placement
Do you have customization of size available for outfits?
Yes, the articles where customization of size is possible is marked as such.
Once the article is ready for shipment, it normally takes 3 to 10 working days to deliver international orders depending on the international destination.
What could be the reasons of delayed delivery of my order?
Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

Is Cash on Delivery facility available?
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders except: i) International orders; and ii) customized orders. In case of International and customized orders,
payments are to be made either via debit/ credit card or by deposit in MALOOK’s designated bank account.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?
Yes, we have a secure payment system. All payment information submitted by our customers is encrypted and is kept secured and confidential.

Can I cancel my order after Confirmation?
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of receipt of our confirmation email. If the cancellation is not made within 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
How do I return an item?
Malook does not offer a return on purchased items. A refund occurs in the unlikely situation where a defective or an incorrect item is received by the customer. A refund will be processed only if the item sent back to Malook is not damaged by the buyer and has not been used.
